MEDIUM: Works in drawing, encaustic painting and printmaking
 
My work draws its inspiration from looking at man-made structures such as bridges and architectural skeletons.  In addition, I look at maps of early explorers and new technological maps such as Google Earth. I layer this information together with a blend of random marks, lines or patterns in an effort to combine the constructed with the unsystematic. In the end, the compositions are designed to both juxtapose and elucidate.
