MEDIUM: Oil painting and non-toxic printmaking with electrolytic etching--a method of printmaking which utilizes an electric current to etch metal plate.
 
Kim Gatesman is an emerging artist who received her BFA from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2005, and a MS in arts administration from Boston University in 2009. She has exhibited widely throughout Southern New England since 2004. Her work has received growing recognition and has been purchased by a number of collectors, including artists, business leaders, and museum curators. Her current work focuses on the rocky beaches of Southeastern New England.
