I have been working in sculptural ceramics for over 15 years. Recently, I have been developing a commercial line of ceramics and Olliecats Design has been born.

My love of nature inspires my work, specifically the human figure, animals, and the tree form. I have focused my energy in two separate areas. 1) I developed a line of hand made mannequins/busts & 2) Ceramic tiles.

The line of mannequins is hand made and painted. They are a unique alternative to traditional mannequins and display options. These tabletop figures are colourful, whimsical and full of personality. The painted ladies are a unique way to grab attention to any display or window. They are perfect to showcase scarves, hats, wigs or jewelry.

The tiles I have developed showcase my fondness of animals. These tiles are kept simple and classic. They are mounted in black shadow boxes for easy hanging. In addition to the animal tiles I am currently developing an art tile line. This line combines my studio work with a more affordable commercial line. The tiles display my love of the human figure and nature.
